Hi, I'm Eric and I'm 31. I'm looking for a private room, also open to a shared space too if the price is right. I'm pretty introverted but can also carry myself in a social setting. I enjoy health and fitness and discovering new foods. I went to UCSD, and am currently studying for the GRE to apply to grad school. I live in LA currently and am looking to relocate. I do massaging and personal training on the side for income. Please hit me up if you have any leads or have an open spot.

Limit: $1200, prefer under $1000.
