I am apartment hunting with a Section 8 voucher. Great credit/tenant history. Do not smoke, take care of my apt, quiet, no pets. I'd like a very quiet environment with considerate, non-smoking neighbors who care about their space, too. Prefer off-street parking, and laundry facility or in-apt washer/dryer. Air-conditioning (central or otherwise) and non-carpeted floors are a must. Thank you!
