I’m capable of splitting rent of $2k/month. I gross around $3200/month.
I’m looking for a roommate who is willing to live with my cat and dog. My cat is extremely chill, but my dog is another story. He is very wary of stranger people and animals, and he has bite records from 6 and 10 years ago. I assure you that I will do everything in my power to acclimate him and help you feel comfortable. My dog is 12 years old and losing his mobility, so I would be comfortable keeping him confined to my room whenever I am gone.
If I don’t find a room for him before my step-niece is born, he will be put down. I believe he still has a good quality of life, and will for another year or so. It pains me to think of him being put down early.
