Looking for a roomate in creekbridge house. 2 and a 1/2 bathroom. Nice quiet area, I have been here for almost 10years and have not seen any trouble or police. Safeway and many other stores are in walking distance. 2 car driveway, I collect the rent and bills which are split 3 ways. Room is available by the second of next month. Rent is 1,250 and deposit is $500. First and last due at time of move in. W/D included in house.
