Hello, I am posting looking for a room for 1 person. Possibly 2. Guy, 52, student, clean, quiet, responsible, willing to share groceries/food, clean up after self in shared living areas like restroom , kitchen etc... helpfull, friendly, will take care of things and the house. Vacume, mow lawn, dishes, empty refuse containers or take out, whatever is needed. 420 friendly, have friend visit and stay. Have income. No car to park. Close to bus line. Onsite laundry and private restroom preferred. Need place to live to go to college. Can pay $300 right now only but up to $600 a month starting next month. Urgently needing place tomorrow!!!
