Hi! I'm Seneca, 19, looking for a private room in a shared place in San Francisco with the Haight district preferred but am open to anything close to muni light rail or also bart. Starting ASAP. Budget up to $2,000/month, long-term (1–2 years).
I'm working toward a career in firefighting, tidy, considerate, and outdoors a lot. My rent and deposit are covered through an SF housing program, so payments are reliable and on-time.
I have one young cat, Fiona, who's litter-trained and in the process of becoming my emotional support animal. Cat-friendly homes are a big plus.
