I recently moved back to Portland from Colorado, where I spend the summer working on a horse ranch. I have a dog who is well behaved in the home and mostly sleeps all day. He does get along with most other dogs. He’s 9 years old and entering his grandpa years. I am a clean, organized roommate and do not abuse drugs or alcohol.
Ideally I’d like to find a cheap room as close to 500 as possible. I know that’s not a lot. I do have experience with landscaping and general home projects that I would be willing to trade along with cheaper rent. I am looking in the North, NE, SE neighborhoods. Hoping to stay closer in.
