I’m specifically looking for my own private space with my own entrance.
I’m not looking to rent a room or share a house with other people.
I’m hoping to find something small and simple that I can call home.
My maximum budget is $1,000/month. I’m open to different areas of East County such as Lakeside, El Cajon, Santee, Alpine.
I also work with a professional cleaning business as an operations Manager and professional cleaner, so I may be able to provide housecleaning or cleaning services in exchange for a portion of the rent, if that is something a property owner would be interested in.
