I'm looking to rent a private room with utilities included.

It'd ideally come furnished and have a private bathroom.

Was hoping to stay there for at least 6 months and possibly longer if it works out. Month-to-month is preferred but am open to a lease.

I'm a clean and quiet non-smoker. I don't drink either.

Stellar references can be provided.

My price range is $850-$1,000.

A guest or back house would be great.
