My husband and I are looking for a place to live. we do have cats, and dogs. We do work, we are clean people, we don't do drugs, drink, party or any of that. We are having issues finding a pace because we do have pets. We can pay rent. We are looking for a place that is not inside an apartment building tho due to one of our dogs being old and a lot of stairs is not working for him anymore. We would love a cabin that would be great. Looking for a private landlord as well. We pay our bills but our credit is not perfect. If you feel it in your heart to give us a chance that would be great. We would even be ok with rent to own as well if you don't need a huge down but can pay every 3 months a good amount towards it. I forgot to add, we are ok with studio, 1 bedroom, or even a smaller cabin as long as we have space. We do also have 2 bearded dragons. I know it sounds like a lot but we are absolutely 100% clean and responsible people in our 40's and 50's.
