Looking for a Pet-Friendly ADU, Guest House, or Casita in N. Upland (Upland)

I am a 58-year-old male on social security who is looking to rent an ADU or guest house for me and my well-behaved, medium-sized rescue dog “Blue”. I know it would be easier to find housing without a pet, but he was abandoned once and I cannot let that happen to him again.
I am a quiet tenant and as I write books, I will also need a place where it’s quiet and drama-free. I do have regular appointments during the week and I am active and like to get out, so I won’t be around all of the time.
My budget is about $1500 per month and I am looking for something in cities I will list below. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration.
