I am looking for a clean furnished room or couch to rent Thursday thru Sunday for at least 5 to 6 weeks. I am quiet, respectful, responsible, adult with a consistent schedule. Since I only need a place to stay four nights each week, I’m hoping to find someone with a spare room or couch who would appreciate a dependable part-time tenant. My budget is up to about $40 per night (or the equivalent weekly/monthly arrangement). I’m looking for a safe, comfortable place and am happy to discuss a schedule that works well for both of us.
