Hello my name is Josep, I'm looking for a nice, clean, safe, cozy, quiet room to share. Free of pets, drugs or many roommate's.
I would love to help a single father with his bills or mortgage, I work full time job in the Denver Center area, Monday though Friday.
I pay my bills on time and mature single father, I'm willing to pay around $800.00 per month and small deposit, I have my own stuff and it is just me, I'm very neat and clean man, friendly and honest person.
