Hi all, I'm a retired gentleman looking for a room or studio for a stay of 6 months till May 1st. I'd definitely be out on the 1st as I own seasonal property. I'm quiet and laid back. No criminal background ever. Descent credit and have the retirement income to back up the rent. Looking for good people or place . No drugs please and no scams.. I won't fall for the Bs trust me. Would like to be in for November 3rd. First and last available. Could also do weekly or bi weekly if that helps you. Also not against a motel hotel setting. Looking to stay under $1300 a month.
