Looking for live in positions/housing exchange - 28F

I wrote a very long description but I’m going to cut it lol. Resume available upon request for serious inquires. Free housing in exchange for work is what I am looking for.
Though I possess experience as a private home health aide and house/petsitter as well, I would more so be interested in something like property guardianship or upkeep in a nature heavy location. Open to farming even, but any heavy labor would need a bit for my body to catch up. I survived cancer rather recently (yay!) and I’m working on building my muscle back up. I was browsing Workaway for some time, but those positions are short term. I would be happy to take a break from the typical live/work routine we see, and commit to a longer stay if a suitable live in opportunity pops up, and we both feel it’s a good fit. I seek a simple, stable life.
I do have one Siamese cat I would absolutely have to bring with me. She is my light.
Any opportunities must be at least near LA, as I have friends here who are my family and safety net.
