Looking to pay 1200 to 1300 for good size room with access to balcony or side yard. I do have rabbits and will have them in hutch when I'm at work. When I'm home I will have them out so they can play.

I work Monday thru Friday from 7 to 4. I also work in Santa Ana and also 420 friendly.

When home I do work on creative projects that I'm working on making a side gig with. I'm pretty quiet and use headphones alot. I'm recovering from a domestic abuse husband and trying to find the way to save money to move into my own place, and pay for a divorce.

Currently living in motels and tuff to save money.

I'm pretty helpful so if you need help around the house I can assist. Doesn't matter the task I can handle most any kind of task.

There won't be visitors, I will visit my daughter when needed. Just looking for a chance to finally save money and get life back on track. This would probably be 6 months. Can consider longer for the right situation.

I have a pretty positive attitude and tend to see the glass half full. Hoping I can connect with the right situation for both to have a winwin.
