Hello, my name is Carlos I am 69 looking for a room for rent to rent with my friend Nelson our budget is 1,000 we are retired but keep busy by working out, going to the senior center, going to the library and spending time outside of home w family occasionally, we are calm people drug free and drama free. Currently looking for housing by November 1st we are Spanish speaking but have the support of family to translate for us .
Preferably by buss stop Bart station or in fruitvale!
