After being assaulted by a man in my current building I have had no choice but to end my lease for my own safety. Luckily I have been able to stay with family in the meantime but I am looking to find an apartment by 11/1. I am a single female, my fiancé is away at work but would be moving in when he returns, I am a full time in-home care giver. I can provide proof of employment and cash/money order immediately. My budget is $900-1000 a month as most places require you to make 3x rent. I have no credit so please don’t reply if an application fee to check credit is required, I don’t want to waste anyone’s time.
