Looking for housing and roommates in SF (mission district)

I’m premed and currently in a gap year as a CRC at UCSF. Some info to know about me is I’m into fitness, window shopping, café hopping, video games, movies, and honestly I just love trying new things in general. I like a mix of going out but also appreciate my quiet time alone.
Some things I’m looking for in a roommate/s:
Cat friendly (he’s a 2 year old fixed male and a cutie I promise!)
LGBTQ+ friendly
Cleanliness
Around my age preferred but not required
Friendly; we don’t need to be best friends, but I’d like us to at least get along and interact
Similar interests is a plus but not necessary
Shares responsibilities and chores
Respectful of each other’s space and boundaries
Responsible about rent and shared bills
Comfortable communicating about household issues
No indoor smoking or vaping
