My name is Alejandro, I am a Professional Commodity Trader and I am looking for a 1-2 Bedroom house or apartment that is within the range of $2,500-$3500/month. I am considering places on the City, on the Peninsula, and around Oakland and Berkley. I am looking for a long term home that I can settle into and take care of.
I studied botany at UCSC and grow several house and garden plants and a location with a yard or large patio would be most ideal with good natural light.
I have great references, great credit, and am a wonderful tenant.
