Looking for house/warehouse to host parties (Northridge)

I’m looking for a house or warehouse in the Northridge/San Fernando Valley area to host a ticketed event. Security will be provided, and tickets will be sold in advance to control the headcount , +18 age limit and ensure the space isn’t overcrowded.
Professional cleaning services will be hired immediately after the event, and we’ll make sure the property is left clean and in good condition.
Open to discussing a flat rental fee or a percentage of ticket sales. Please message me if you have a space available or know someone who does.
