Responsible, mature woman seeking a private room in exchange for reliable house sitting, dog care, and light-to-moderate housekeeping.
I’m looking for a mutually beneficial arrangement with someone who needs help caring for their home and pets and would be comfortable providing a private room in exchange for my time and services.
I can help with:
• Daily dog care, feeding, walks, playtime & companionship
• Overnight house sitting
• General cleaning and keeping the home tidy
• Bathrooms, kitchen, floors, dusting, laundry, etc.
• Dishes and basic household upkeep
• Grocery or household errands when needed
• Plants, mail, packages and other routine household tasks
• Being present in the home while you travel or work
I’m clean, respectful, quiet, responsible, and understand the importance of privacy. I would treat your home as if it were my own and your pets as part of the family.
I am specifically looking for a private room in exchange for an agreed-upon amount of household help and pet care. I’m open to discussing the exact arrangement based on the size of the home, number of pets, responsibilities, and length of stay.
I’m not looking to take advantage of anyone — I’m looking for a fair, clearly communicated arrangement where you get dependable help around the house and with your pets, and I get a safe, stable place to stay etc.
