I'm a professional in my 40s looking for a space for at least 3 months where I can work on an upcoming writing project. I just need a desk or I can bring my own with my computer setup. Targeting Burbank, North Hollywood, Laurel Canyon, Studio City area. I live in West Hollywood.

More about me: tech background, friendly, hard worker, non-smoker. Will keep regular hours, occasionally works weekends and late, but not regularly late. Ideal space has a refrigerator for food and bathroom access.

I've looked at WeWork, Industrious and SPACES. They offer similar for $300-$500/month, but I prefer a more creative environment.
