Hi everyone! I'm a female medical student looking for an apartment in downtown Chicago, with an ASAP move-in through approximately May/June 2027. Hopefully I will match for residency and begin training somewhere in America by July.

My ideal budget is around $2,000/month, but I'm open to places closer to $2,500 if there's a concession, such as one month free. I'm also open to other neighborhoods if rent is more affordable, and would consider having a female roommate.

I would need parking and would be applying with a co-signer/guarantor.

I'm flexible and open to recommendations, lease takeovers, sublets, or short-term rentals. Ideally looking for a safe, clean, and well-maintained building.

If anyone knows of anything available, please let me know.
