I’m looking for an affordable, clean, quiet room to rent on weekends in Manhattan or Brooklyn.

Weekend-only arrangement (Friday and Saturday nights).
Private room preferred, but open to affordable shared accommodations.
Clean, quiet, safe environment.
Access to a bathroom and preferably Wi-Fi.
Furnished room preferred.
Flexible on neighborhood within Manhattan or Brooklyn.
