I am the father of a household of 5, myself included, and am just looking for a bigger place to move into after June. Would prefer at least 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms ( or 3 if there is a finished basement or weather proofed attic storage area ) in addition to the usual rooms, ie living room, kitchen and dining room. Big yard and pool would be nice too, but not a priority. Would prefer utilities included. I can afford up to, but no more than, 1800 a month. Also would like it to be in or around the Evans Mills/ Fort Drum area as my kids are still in Indian River High School.
