This is a used Retsel Mill-rite grain mill. It is a bit older but in good working order. It retails for $800 with steel burrs. This one has the stone burrs AND includes the manual handle if the power goes out.
Mill your own flour to make the most healthy bread or other baked goods without all the chemicals that are in store bought. The flour in the supermarket is missing all the things that make it healthy. The wheat germ and the bran are removed and sold separately. "But wait" you say I only buy whole wheat bread. Sorry to tell you but the germ and bran are removed and some of the bran is replaced to make you think it's healthy.
"Making bread is too much trouble" you say, with a bread maker to be found on eBay for a pittance having fresh healthy bread takes less than 30 minutes. Think of it fresh bread with that great smell as often as you like.
