$900 Great Home Seeks ONE only - Great Tenant. (Longview)

You get a lovely room in a lovely home with a huge backyard. Utilities including high speed internet are included. The room, after current tenant moves out will have an AIR bed and some drawers you can use or not. If not, bring your own bed. (Your own bed is probably superior to the air bed.)
The house and garage are completely non-smoking for any substance, tobacco, weed, vape- anything. Good news, there’s a covered porch with picnic table, and a side of the house that’s covered. ‘Smokeless’ devices are not permitted inside.
Parking is on the DRIVEWAY. Sorry but Craigslist doesn’t have a driveway choice, which is why I chose Garage. CL needs a ‘driveway’ option.
The back yard is enormous. Deer, birds of all kinds, waterfowl - and the occasional pheasant, visit daily. You must not feed the deer at any time. If you love a private forest for a backyard – this is the house for you.
The right person for this share is one who is self-sufficient. Verifiable employment information and 1-2 references are a must. Clean. Courteous and friendly. If you’re private, that’s just fine. It is important to address other human beings with ‘Morning,’ ‘Hello,’ that sort of thing. You do NOT have to become buddies with others. Your personal life is your own business including drugs and alcohol - so long as their use causes no problems for other household members.
My go to place to meet and answer all questions and concerns is the BRAND NEW Starbucks on Ocean Beach Hwy AND Michigan Street. It is NOT the 808 Ocean Beach Highway or Washington Way Starbucks. It is NOT in Fred Meyer. If you have difficulty finding it, let me know. It’s at: 3061 Ocean Beach Highway. You must turn onto MICHIGAN street to get to this Starbucks. You’re in the right place if you see an Arco. Just TURN AROUND. There it is.
Unless URGENT; hold your questions until we meet face-to-face – that’s the point of meeting.
Will CONSIDER, no guarantees, litter-trained, INDOOR-ONLY cat. The cat must remain indoors. It’s the law, and there are hawks around, that can (and have) killed neighbors large pets. If you must have a home where your cat can roam outdoors – this is not a fit.
Rent and last required. To move in: A total of $1800.00, first month, plus refundable deposit. Sorry no payments.
There is considerable FREE storage available. If you need even more – up to 6000 lbs total storage, it’s $75.00 a month extra – and at my discretion. The FREE storage you’re welcome to use should be MORE than enough.
Bottom line: If you’re reliable, solidly employed, and a good person, you’ll really enjoy this rent share. The most important thing to renting here is having self-awareness. This just means you know how you come across to others. Unlike a private home, in a share, you can’t leave a cooking mess or rely on others to clean up after you. You can’t let a bad day at work turn into a hot temper. These things seem obvious – but for some reason, they get ‘forgotten.’
My experience in nine years, is that people in Longview are very reserved. I promise you in this share; folks will be pleasant and courteous at all times. Mutual respect rules here. Most tenants have been quite happy here.
