We have a full hookup RV or tiny home space for rent with 50 amp service, available now. The space is on private property and not in a park. Rent is $1,000 per month, and includes utilities and WiFi (electricity, water, sewer, and garbage), and lawn mowing. The space is 22' x 60' plus a 15' x 60' yard around the space, so plenty of room for your full size RV with slide outs and to park two vehicles.

This is at the end of a quiet dead end road with great views and there's plenty of privacy! Close to town but secluded. There is a nice laundromat about two blocks down on Ocean Beach Highway.

Pets are allowed (with breed restrictions) as long as you clean up after them and they aren't aggressive. There is no deposit or fees for having pets.

Application fee is $50 per adult and we require a refundable deposit of $500 in addition to first month and last month's rent, and a minimum 6 month lease.
