Constructed from CNC machined aluminum with reinforced steel drive belts and stainless steel fasteners, the Hedron Slider is strong and lightweight. The carriage has a 3/8"-16 screw for attaching a tripod head, and features micro-adjustable rollers that provide precise and virtually silent operation. Disc brakes on the carriage let you lock your camera in place anywhere on the rails. When used on the ground or flat surface, height adjustable legs with urethane ball feet help you get perfectly level shots on a variety of terrain. For elevated used, the slider has 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting threads along the center and at either side of the slider for use with tripods, c-stands, or light stands.
The features and functionality of the Hedron Slider can be expanded with the addition of optional accessories. For motorized camera moves, the slider is fully compatible with Cinevate's Moco motion control system for capturing timelapse videos, stop motion sequences, or real time motion shots - all with the same motion control kit.
