Dr. Gourley, owner and operator, is seeking a dental associate to join our practice both now and long-term.

- All-Digital, Tech-Forward Practice: Eaglesoft, sensors, iTero, scanner w/ fully digital workflows and trusted lab partnerships.
- FFS/PPO/Cash mix—no HMOs. A strong, loyal recall base and consistent daily schedules. Initially, we’ll build your schedule for you; then, we’ll help you to build and maintain it in the future. The needs of the community drive the practice.

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary + percentage of production (negotiable based on experience)
- Daily earning expectation: DOE
- 401(k) with up to 3% employer match (FT only)

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re open to all experience levels and are prepared to immediately plug-in the right fit. What matters most is character, clinical excellence, and a genuine desire to be part of meeting the needs of other people.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Hold a DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school
- Have an active Washington State dental license
- Are confident across general dentistry—restorative, preventive, diagnostic
- Communicate well, build patient trust easily, and have a strong chairside manner
- Are humble, coachable, a team-player, and open to collaboration and feedback
- Take a conservative, evidence-based approach to treatment planning
- Genuinely care about your patients and the community you serve
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with oral surgery, extractions, molar endo, and/or implants
- 3+ years of clinical experience
Important Notes
- Must be able to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans
- Ability to maintain required state malpractice insurance
