$700 per month, 6-month lease preferred. $500 refundable security deposit, additional $200 deposit with pet.
All utilities included (heat, water, electric, WiFi internet). One small dog is ok at long as house broken, fixed and less the 30lbs. per community rules. SORRY NO CATS!
