I’m leasing a private bedroom and bathroom in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with a two-car garage in SW Longmont.
The room is available on Sat 9/19.
Rent isn't concrete yet, but it's estimated to be ~$1350/mo (utilities included). Happy to elaborate on a call with interested parties.
The future tenant would have a private room, private bath, half the garage, and shared use of the common spaces (kitchen, living room, office, patio, deck). There is a community pool and easy access to the LoBo trail. It is walking distance to Whole Foods and Oskar Blues.
Built in the early 2000s, it's a great spot in an upscale, safe neighborhood. Light and bright, with a large kitchen featuring granite counters, newish appliances, and laminate flooring; the bedrooms are carpeted.
Pet friendly! Another small or medium sized pet is welcome here. I already have a cat, so yours would need to be cat friendly, reasonably mellow & very housebroken.
