Looking for long-term roommate(s) to share a large house on the north east end of town. I have 2 rooms available so I am looking for 2 roommates, (Or a couple), or 1 roommate that would like 2 rooms and use one for an office or something like that. I work a lot and spend most of the time that I am home in my room. The living area would basically be yours. There is one full bath upstairs and a powder room downstairs. I have the master bedroom and have my own bath.

I'm seeking adults that have steady jobs that can pass a criminal background check. I would consider a discount for a single person looking to rent both rooms.

1st month and deposit due when you move in. All utilities included. I'm very laid back and easy to get along with. Please text and tell me a little about yourself and when you are planning to move. Due to robo scams, I will not respond to texts that simply ask if the room is available.

Both rooms will be available by Nov 10th. I will prorate rent if you plan on moving in before December. Home is located near Mountain View and Pace

$900 per room including all utilities
Would consider a mature, trained dog. No other pets.
