Wellness Valet Assistant Needed – Women’s Wellness Expo (Long Beach)

This is a great opportunity for a college student or someone interested in wellness, hospitality, event support, social media, or concierge service with a mobile spa company.
Date: Saturday, August 15
Time: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Location: Long Beach
Pay: $20 per hour / $60 guaranteed
Additional paid hours may be available.
This is a non-hands-on support position. Massage experience and licensing are not required.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming and checking in guests
Preparing and organizing the spa space
Guiding guests between spa stations
Assisting guests with robes and treatment transitions while protecting their comfort and privacy
Preparing steamed towels and organizing spa supplies
Resetting the massage table and massage chair between guests
Bringing oils, scrubs, towels, and other supplies to the Spa Wellness Expert as needed
Recording clear, tasteful social media clips using a phone
Helping the experience remain calm, polished, and organized
Assisting with light setup and breakdown
The ideal assistant is:
Warm, attentive, and comfortable interacting with women
Professional, discreet, and respectful of guest privacy
Organized and able to follow directions
Comfortable standing and moving throughout the event
Comfortable recording short social media clips
Interested in wellness, hospitality, events, or concierge service
Reliable, punctual, and calm in a busy event environment
Because this position may involve assisting women with robes and private treatment transitions, a female attendant is required to support guest comfort and privacy.
Event attire: Polished, modest, all-black clothing with comfortable closed-toe shoes. Hair and overall presentation should be neat, clean, and appropriate for a professional wellness environment. A Suite Spa logo shirt will be provided and must be worn during the event.
