I have a lovely 3br /2.5 ba Spanish Style house in Bixby Knolls. I'm looking for a roommate who could help out with some stuff in my life. I travel alot...like 3 mo per year....so dog sitting (two small dogs) while I'm out of town would be great (travel dates out to 2027 are known). I also have a 7 year old daughter. Occasionally, like 1 week/yr I need to travel for work while she is in school, and it would be nice to leave her with someone caring who lives in our home and could take her to school. Happy to give rent concessions in exchange for value added in my life.

I'm just putting it out into the universe in case anyone has the following skills:

-Personal training/or pilates is something I would love
-Massage Therapist/Aesthetician
-Driving
-Babysitting/Dog Sitting
-Gardening/especially vegetables and herbs. (I have 4 new raised beds and I love to eat organic)
-sewing
-construction (would love to convert my garage to an ADU)
-house cleaning/laundry/organizing

I'd have a base rent in mind with a formal lease (includes all utilities) and then we'd set an amount for any of the above activities) and your rent would be reduced by what you had helped out with...
