A growing hospitality group based in Long Beach is looking for a Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant to support our leadership, accounting, HR, and restaurant operations.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and proactive — someone who naturally keeps things in order, follows up on details, and takes pride in getting things done correctly.
This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative, hospitality, HR, bookkeeping, or office experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being an important part of the team behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
Answer incoming office phone calls in a professional and welcoming manner
Monitor, organize, and promptly return voicemail messages
Respond to general emails and administrative inquiries
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the leadership team
Organize and maintain company files, records, and documents
Assist with basic HR administration and maintaining employee files
Support the accounting team with document organization and administrative follow-up
Help collect, organize, and file invoices, receipts, statements, and other financial documents
Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Track paperwork and information between our restaurants and office
Maintain an organized office and monitor office supplies
Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and general office coordination
Handle confidential employee and business information with discretion
Take on additional administrative projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of administrative, office, hospitality, HR, or accounting support experience preferred
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Professional and friendly phone presence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable answering phones and communicating with vendors, employees, and business partners
Strong computer skills and comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and digital filing systems
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong follow-through — if you say you’ll take care of something, you do
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Hospitality or restaurant experience is a strong plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Schedule
Part-Time: 15–25 hours per week
Schedule can be somewhat flexible for the right candidate, but consistent weekday availability is preferred.
Compensation
$20–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
