As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll help program participants build skills, connect with others, and live more independently—while being part of a supportive, values-driven workplace.
Schedule:
Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You Need:
High School diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Valid CA driver’s license & clean DMV record
Able to pass a drug test and background check (fingerprinting required)
Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
CPR/First Aid is a plus – we offer paid training
RBT Training Certificate is a PLUS!
