Responsibilities
Warmly greet every guest when they arrive and create a great first impression.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments.
Provide accurate wait times and communicate with guests throughout their wait.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming host stand and entrance.
Answer phones and assist guests with questions about the restaurant and menu.
Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, bussers, and management.
Monitor the dining room and assist with guest needs.
Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant.
Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Assist other team members whenever needed.
Requirements
Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
Weekend and evening availability is preferred.

Our restaurant combines Mexican and Mediterranean flavors with handcrafted cocktails and a lively dining atmosphere. We are looking for servers who can provide knowledgeable, attentive, and personable service while maintaining a professional attitude.
Responsibilities
Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
Greet tables promptly and explain menu items, specials, and beverages.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Demonstrate knowledge of our Mexican-Mediterranean menu and cocktail offerings.
Make recommendations based on guest preferences.
Enter orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen and bar.
Monitor tables throughout the meal and anticipate guest needs.
Coordinate with hosts, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized section.
Follow all restaurant policies regarding food safety, alcohol service, and responsible service.
Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties.
Create a welcoming experience that encourages guests to return.
Requirements
Previous serving experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Zarape Cocina & Cantina is looking for a talented, energetic, and hospitality-focused Bartender to join our team.
We are a Mexican-Mediterranean restaurant with a vibrant cantina atmosphere and a focus on quality cocktails, great food, and exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards.
Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of our cocktail menu, spirits, beer, wine, and beverage offerings.
Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences.
Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift.
Prepare garnishes, syrups, mixers, and other bar ingredients.
Ensure drinks are prepared consistently and presented properly.
Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management.
Monitor guest needs and provide attentive service.
Follow all California alcohol-service laws and restaurant policies.
Verify identification and refuse service when appropriate.
Maintain proper sanitation and food-safety standards.

Requirements
