We have a steady pipeline of work throughout Los Angeles, Long Beach and N. Orange County. We are looking for reliable, hard-working crew members to join our team. Bags are required with Power Tools, ie: Sawzall, Impact Driver and Drill, Framing Gun is a plus.
We are seeking dependable construction workers/skilled laborers to assist with various phases of residential, multi-family and commerical renovation projects. Bags are required with Power Tools, ie: Sawzall, Impact Driver and Drill, Framing Gun is a plus Tasks will vary based on current project needs.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with framing, drywall installation, painting and finish carpentry, stucco repair and exterior siding intallations
* Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely
* Maintain a clean, organized and safe job site
* Follow directions from project manager and work efficiently with the crew
Requirements:
* Bags are required with Power Tools, ie: Sawzall, Impact Driver and Drill, Framing Gun is a plus
* Experience in residential construction or remodeling preferred
* Must hae reliable transportation to get to various job sites around Los Angeles, Long Beach and North Orange County areas
* Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
* Ability to perform physial labor (lift up to 50+ lbs, stand, bend and kneel for extended periods)
* Having your own basic hand tools, tool belt, hammer, tape measure, etc. is required
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
