Renewed Horizons is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional Client Enrichment Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, responsible, and genuinely passionate about helping others build independence, confidence, and meaningful community connections.
Position Responsibilities
* Provide individualized support based on each client’s needs, interests, and goals
* Assist with daily living activities and community participation
* Support clients with appointments, errands, activities, and outings
* Encourage independence, personal choice, and self-advocacy
* Assist clients in developing meaningful routines and community connections
* Provide opportunities for social, recreational, and educational enrichment
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Follow individual service plans and company policies
* Communicate professionally with clients, families, and supervisors
* Protect each client’s dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
Qualifications
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Reliable transportation is required
* Valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance may be required depending on assignment
* Must be dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
* Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
* Training is available for qualified candidates
* Must successfully complete required background screening and onboarding requirements

Compensation
Starting pay: $20/hour
Opportunities for additional hours may be available based on client needs and availability.
Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available depending on assignment.
Location: Los Angeles / South Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
