We are seeking a highly disciplined, physically fit, and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer for a high-pace family restaurant environment. We require a professional with the "militant" discipline of military/LEO training to maintain site security, manage crowd control, and provide an immediate deterrent presence.
Key Responsibilities
Crowd & Line Management: Control access points and manage high-traffic flow to ensure guest safety.
Access Control: Maintain a perimeter and monitor all entry/exit points.
Proactive Security: Floor patrolling to identify and neutralize potential threats before they escalate.
Incident Response: Immediate, controlled, and professional response to disturbances.
Requirements & Equipment
Certifications: Must possess a valid, current California BSIS Guard Card.
Professionalism: High-level discipline, punctuality, and a proactive tactical mindset are non-negotiable.
Uniform/Gear (Required to provide your own):
Tactical Vest (Any Level).
BDU Military-Style Pants (Black).
Duty Belt (Full tactical setup).
Physical Fitness: Must be physically capable of standing for long shifts and responding rapidly to incidents.
