We are currently recruiting for a temporary Custodian in a fantastic municipal setting in Lompoc, CA. This position is covering for a leave of absence, expected to last 1 to 2 months, with a pay rate of $20.64 an hour. Hours are from 6am to 12pm Monday through Thursday and 6am to 11am on Fridays. Duties & Responsibilities:
Clean offices and other areas in public buildings
Sweep, mop, and wax floors
Vacuum rugs
Dust and polish furniture and woodwork
Set up rooms for meetings
Empty and clean waste receptacles
Turn out lights and lock doors and windows
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
Valid California Driver's License
Lift up to 50lbs
Appropriate safety precautions and procedures
Understand and carry out oral and written instructions
Establish and maintain effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work
