Structurally sound, the guitar only requires a new set of strings and a new bridge saddle (Bone / plastic piece in the bridge). It must've not been glued well and fallen out in transport w/out strings holding it in place.
***09/12 Update: I've bought the replacement parts (for under $35) and will adjust the price once installed. BUY NOW and save a bunch!
