We Are Monitors is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented HOA Compliance Inspector to complete residential community we monitor in the Houston area.

This field-based role involves driving assigned neighborhood routes, identifying possible HOA compliance concerns, taking clear photos, and submitting accurate notes through a mobile app by the required deadline. Examples of items you may document include damaged fences, property maintenance concerns, unauthorized vehicles, visible trash containers, and overgrown landscaping.
What You Will Do:
Drive assigned residential routes within a 75-mile radius of ZIP code 78644.
Drive slowly through neighborhoods and document possible HOA compliance concerns with clear photos and notes.
Use a smartphone app to plan routes, submit inspections, and meet deadlines.
Communicate professionally if approached by residents or homeowners.
Walk occasionally when needed to complete an inspection safely and accurately.
Requirements:
Reliable vehicle for work, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
Smartphone and reliable mobile data or hotspot access.
Comfortable using a mobile app to upload photos and notes.
Able to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills.
Available to complete routes within the Houston service area.
Training and Work Expectations:
The first 90 days include training and a performance-review period. During that time, WAM Homes will provide guidance on the inspection process, app use, photo expectations, documentation standards, and route completion.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday extra more on Friday or Saturday if available
