Once for All LLC. is hiring for a contract-labor employee to work on an exciting renovation in Downtown Lockhart.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with the owner and learn some new skills as well as put your current skillset to good use. The hours are from 8am to 5pm with a one hour lunch break at noon. The type of work includes siding replacement, pressure washing, paint preparation, sanding, trim installation, rafter replacement, painting, and equipment set up and maneuvering.
The ideal candidate is familiar with working on a construction site and capable of handling basic tools including but not limited to pressure washer, paint sprayer, hammer, tape measure, scraper, framing square, and more. You will be expected to have some basic knowledge about the proper use of all PPE and not have any issues using PPE that will be provided to you for the duration of the shift. You are able to take instructions well and are excited to have the opportunity to learn new things.
