I am a chef in Breckenridge. Extremely quiet, reliable, and respectful. I have no criminal record, no evictions. No smoking or partying or anything like that. I just work a lot.
I have a cat with a current ESA letter. Also very well behaved. No accidents, no destruction of any kind ever.
I am on my own and am just hoping to have a little more reasonable rent if I drive out of summit.
