Hello, I am an experienced live-in caretaker and house sitter offering my services for the upcoming 26-27 Winter season.
I'm a well-educated, responsible 26-year-old professional relocating to Vail for the upcoming winter season.
In exchange for accommodation, I can offer:
-Regular property checks and general home maintenance.
-Keeping the property clean, tidy and well maintained.
-Monitoring heating systems and watching for potential issues such as leaks or frozen pipes.
-Coordinating contractors, cleaners and maintenance visits.
-Receiving deliveries and overseeing work at the property.
-Preparing the home ahead of the owners' arrival.
-Dog watching and looking after the property while owners are away, if required.
As I'll have my own employment in Vail, I'm ideally looking for an arrangement involving accommodation in exchange for agreed caretaking responsibilities, rather than a full-time paid position.
I'm particularly interested in properties whose owners spend much of the winter elsewhere and occasionally visit their mountain home. I'm flexible regarding arrangements, including temporarily vacating the property when owners visit, provided this is agreed in advance.
