Looking for an experienced tile installer for a three-bathroom renovation in Highlands Ranch. Work includes:
- Zellige walls (4x4 and 2x6) in a ladder pattern, with the tile already on site
- A tub surround that needs backer board and waterproofing, with a step-down ledge and window trim
- 12x24 marble-look porcelain and a travertine floor
- Possible tear-out of an existing shower and mosaic floor in one bathroom
You'll coordinate with plumbing and countertop work in progress. Zellige experience is a must. Timing is flexible.
