REMODEL CARPENTER / MULTI-TRADE PROFESSIONAL

6-Month W-2 Project Position | Englewood, CO
$30-$45/Hour + $5,000 Project Completion Bonus

We are looking for an experienced, versatile construction professional for a six-month residential remodeling project in Englewood, CO.

This is a full-time, fixed-term W-2 position with consistent work throughout the project. We are looking for someone with strong remodeling and carpentry fundamentals who can handle a variety of tasks and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

THE WORK

• Cabinet installation
• Interior and finish carpentry
• Light framing
• Hanging and installing interior doors
• Drywall installation, patching and repair
• Interior painting and touch-up
• Selective demolition
• Punch-list and finish work
• Moving appliances and other heavy items
• General remodel support

You do not need to be an expert in every trade. We are looking for someone who knows residential construction, works efficiently, solves problems, is dependable, and takes pride in doing good work.

COMPENSATION

$30-$45/hour, depending on experience and capabilities

$5,000 PROJECT COMPLETION BONUS

The completion bonus is paid for successfully completing the agreed project assignment, subject to the written terms of the position.

Location: Englewood, CO
Duration: Approximately 6 months
Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week
Pay: $30-$45/hour DOE
Completion Bonus: $5,000

FUTURE PROJECT OPPORTUNITIES

For the right person, this position may lead to additional 6- to 12-month project assignments, including potential out-of-state work.

Future travel assignments may include housing, per diem and travel expenses in addition to hourly compensation and project completion bonuses.
